Das Bruckmüller Hell ist ein feinwürziges und elegantes Vollbier mit sehr heller Farbe und ausgeprägter, kräftiger - aber dennoch angenehmer Hopfenbittere. Leicht im Trunk. Dieses Grundnahrungsmittel ist weit über die Grenzen der Stadt Amberg hinaus bekannt und beliebt. Auch in der praktischen 0,33l-Flasche als kleines Helles erhältlich.

Bottle picked up from Edeka in Amberg. Consumed Saturday 19th October 2024 preparing pork ribs and other pork to be smoked tomorrow and had this with tonight's meal a Chicken Berry Britannia from the Dishoom book. We're listening to Stuart Maconie standing in for Craig Charles on the Funk and Soul show on 6Music. Pours mid gold, good clarity, with a mid sized white head, nice mouthfeel. Aroma is quite muted, light maltiness but not really picking up much else. A safe and more malty Helles than expected, most of the dials are turned down, pretty decent.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden with a fluffy head. Lard, grassy hops, marzipan, citrus notes. Dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry crisp bittersweet finish. Not bad, really. Good malt and hay base with a good hoppy backbone.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht getreidig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle at Beer Shop Folkestone. Golden beer clear gold colour lasting while head. Its an OK helles. A little light in character some grain cereal flavour. Light hopping OK but nothing to write home about

Thanks Raven ppl! Golden body, white head. Lean flowery- herbal taste, lightly malty. Nice, soft, fresh taste, herbal and flowery, very taste, but since it's a bit too lean and light the taste is gone way too quickly. Oh well.

Bottle. Blonde. Malt and a hint of oily hops in the aroma. malty yet dry flavor. A modest hop character, Almost medium bodied. Lacks some character, but certainly drinkable.
