Bottle 50cl. w. swing top @ home.Light unclear medium to dark yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a light peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090609]

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and sour doughy malty nose. Sweet bitter flavour with a sourish tang, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Pale malty, doughy taste; quite dry and slightly malty finish with poor hoppy notes. Boring (24.X.08).

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light spicy notes. The flavor is sweet malty and again with light spicy notes. The body is thin.
