Bottle @ Gasthof Zwanzger, Uelhfeld. Pours amber copper with a White head. Marzipan, corn and Slight dms. Medium bodied. Short bitter finish.

Bottled@PBF XI. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma and flavour are both extremely diacetylic. Interesting to have 4 beers from the same brewery, with one being somewhat ok, the rest having completely different kinds of infections. And none were even close to a BBE date.

50cl bottle @ PBF XI. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Butter, butter, diacetyl. Completely undrinkable.

On tap the brewpub, Uehlfeld, 8/8/2015. Hazy gold with a decent, billowy, off-white, head. Easy drinking beer, with some cereal notes, touch of sweetness and hint of leafy hop in the finish. Fine.

A dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, and eggs. The flavor is little sour with notes of malt as well as lighter notes of straw.

Vom Faß auf dem Fränkischen Bierfest, Nürnberg, 20.6.2014. - Orangegelb, klar. - In der Nase herb-fruchtiger Hopfen von angenehmer leichter Schärfe, wie sie nur guter Aromahopfen spendet. - Schlanker Antrunk mit herb zitrusartigem Hopfen (Orangenschale); leicht trocken. Zartes helles Malz mit leichten Münchner-Malz-Noten. Mild rezent; leicht kreidig-mineralisches Mundgefühl. - Im Abgang aromatisch scharfe, orangenfruchtige Hopfenbittere; gut bitterer Nachtrunk. - Außergewöhnlich knackig gehopftes, schlankes, trockenes Landbier - eine echte Entdeckung!
