It is called Goerchla at the Brewery. Tap. Copper color. Herbal grassy aroma. Hint of vegetables. Malty Full bodied, grassy, herbal. Again the vegetables. Cant really pick up the smoke. Nice to drink in spite of the off flavors.

On tap at the brewery 25/7/2013. Copper coloured with a decent, off-white head. Sweetish, bready malts with some hedgerow fruits and whiff of smoke. Good.

Tapped: Chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, small to medium-sized off-white head, more bready and malty than smoky nose, supported by some herbal hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, barely medium bodied; a slight fruity touch (raspberries!?) shows up in the slightly lingering and even drier bitter-malty finish, accompanied by a very delicate touch of smoke. Easy drinking Rauchbier, quite nice…
