Vianočný špeciál 2019 je venovaný typickej vianočnej chuti, ktorá sprevádza každú domácnosť. Tou je med, ktorý nesmie chýbať na žiadnom štedrovečernom stole. A ku medu pasujú aj oplátky, ktoré sme tam síce nepridali, ale použili sme slad, ktorý dodáva sušienkovú chuť. Tak na zdravie a dobrú chuť!

Bottle from Salon piva, home edition 2020. Fuck you COVID-19 Gorgeous aroma with rich yeasty and honey feel. Tastes sweetish, certainly honey. Not sticky texture as it's usual with honey beers. Sweetness is also on decent levels. In general, I like it, nice combo of saison with mead and voltage is for sure well hidden. Cheers

Tap at Zil verne. Interesting honey mix (4 varieties), which combines well with base saisony spices and a bit of funk. The beer is perceivably strong, a bit boozy, but nothing too bad. Rather full perceived body, moderate carbonation. Somewhat hard to drink, but well made. Quite good.

Bottle from brewery, many thanks Lukas. Amber color with thick white head. Aroma of saison yeast, malt, spices, honey (?). Taste, malt, spices, yeast, esters, honey. Alcohol is well hidden. Nice
