Côte du Rhône oak foeder fermented beer with house saison yeast. Conditioned with native Austrian riesling wine lees and rehydrated grapes. F1RS is a dry, fruity complex saison with pear, peppery and soft oaky notes. Some tannins from grape skins also notesable.

Draught@SOPP Tampere 2019. Orangeish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is red berries, some sweet malts, mild yeast and alcohol (quite glueish such). Flavour is yeast, some red berries, mild herbs, some earth and a bit stone fruits. As it warms up the alcohol becomes evident in the flavour too.

Tap at Craft Bier fest Wien. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of wine,-acetyldehyd, oxidation. Taste, the same. Something went wrong.
