Bottle at a tasting in Beermalade. Quite sweet considering it aspires to be saison. Med-light caramel, but what annoys me most is apple-rotten apple yeast character, seems to be fermented weirdly. Drinkable, just feeling off balance. Okay.

Bottle from brewery, many thanks. Amber color with thick white head. Aroma of caramel, Belgian yeast. Taste, solid malty base with caramel, spices, yeast, candies. Good one.
