Vuonna 1993 panimoalan sijoitusyritykseksi perustettu Rakuuna Olut juhlii 20-vuotista taivaltaan tuoreella painoksella legendaarisesta Husaari-oluesta.
Husaarin juuret ovat Lappeenrannan panimossa, ja sen valmistukseen Bryggerissä Helsingissä on käytetty alkuperäistä hiivakantaa, joka on ollut vuodesta 1994 VTT:n hiivapankissa.
Panimomestari Mathias Hüffner valmisti retro-oluen yhteistyössä panimomestari Pirkko Näätäsen kanssa, joka loi aikanaan suoraan erikoisoluiden aateliin loikanneen Husaarin.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Dark amber color. Cookie dough, pear and toffee in the aroma. Malty sweet cookies flavor with pear, toffee and citrus. Tart notes. Some questions about the cleanliness of the beer, but at least pleasant and mellow.

Pulloversio. Punertavan ruskea, kuparinen ja kirkas olut kohtalaisella, pitsiä jättävällä valkoisella vaahdolla. Tuoksu makean ja maltaisen karamellinen jopa aavistuksen viskimäisellä häivähdyksellä. Maku maltaisen karamellinen, ja alkupuoleltaan varsin makea sekä hieman ruisleipäinen. Loppupuolella humalointi nostaa päätään ja katkera loppumaku jää suuhun pitkäksi aikaa. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma, sopivan piristävästi hiilihappoinen kokonaisuus. Tämä yllätti positiivisesti.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Husaari 20-vuotisjuhlaolut ].Clear light to medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, light earthy - nutty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, straw. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20131229] 5-3-6-3-11 Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Husaari 20-vuotisjuhlaolut ].[ Trade by oh6gdx ]. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty malt, old malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150705] 5-3-6-3-11

Bottled@vPBFIII. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and mildly earthy and bready as well. Flavour is quite much similar and the beer is not all too interesting as such.

330ml bottle from K-Citymarket Kamppi
Pours clear amber with a small white head. Aroma of wet cardboard, hints of bready maltiness and sweet caramel. Taste is raw malty, earthy and cardboardy with notes of bready maltiness and caramel. Finish is sweet, malty and sticky with some metallic notes. Not very good. Feels more like a dunkel than a brown ale

Bottle from rosenberg, huge thanks. red brown color with small white head. Aroma of caramel, nuts, syrup, dark malt, notes of hops. Taste, malt, caramel, nuts, nougat (?), light hoppy bitterness in finish. Went nicely with liver stuffing. Good.

Bottle 0.33l at Brewpub Bryggeri, Helsinki. Colour is clear copper with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Hints of chocolate, caramel, malts and some grain. Aftertaste is very thin.

Bottle 330ml (WPBF)
Clear copper color, small off-white head. Grassy nose is weakish with some sweetish and malty notes. Light-bodied. Flavor has some caramel, light grassy hoppyness. Fades quickly away. Actually feels more like a lager than an ale.
