We have produced an absolute gem of a Blue Berry Sour, this limited run is only 50 bottles, the amazing sour is wild fermented on Blueberry's and aged in Oak Gin Barrels! resulting in red berries and a unique sherbet finish.

Bottle at a tasting. Quite complex funk, combined with assertive blueberry presence. Also loads of general fruitiness. Med-med-high sourness, mostly lactic character. Thin, moderate carbonation. Quite good, tasty.

Shared bottle. Copper color with small white head. Aroma of blueberries, other fruits, spices. Taste, blueberries, badian, clove, vanilla, mint.
