Der Starke für die besonderen Momente. Fast schwarz mit einem sensationellen Schaum und einem bananigen Duft erinnert er im Antrunk an Kaffeenoten. Im Nachtrunk besticht er durch sein volles Malzaroma.

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before May 2016. Cloudy, dark brown with a huge, creamy, stable, tan head. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and minimally fruity aroma of banana, clove, nuts and some dark ripe fruits. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of banana, lots of clove, nuts, bread, chocolate and some dark ripe fruits, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy and lightly warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Moreish and satisfying, great stuff!

Pours hazy, dark brown. Really hazy, leaving even somewhat dirty impression. There is a bit of foam too. Cloves and banana in the aroma - and also in the taste. Sweet and warming. Light sourness from wheat. Nice and enjoyable.

Bottle. Deep brown in colour, with a decent, off-white head. Rich, boozy, brown sugar and dark fruit aroma. Deep, almost vinous, flavours with berry fruits, toasted malts and a warming finish. Unusual and very enjoyable.

Bottle from CBB a dark brown pour with ruby highlights and a solid thick beige head. Very fruity weizen nose. The taste is fruity, spicy cloves, slight darks lys with mild chocolate/caramel malts. Not terribly dark but a good spicy flavor. Delicious.
