Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy amber body and a small off-white head. Cellarish aroma, with a strange fruityness, funk, grapes, cork and some pickled cucumber. It’s tart and acidic, medium bodied and soft on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Vinegar, wood, cellar notes, berries, some grape notes and generic fruityness in the flavor. Long finish. Too acidic this one. Interesting though. 210205

8-3-7-4-15 Bottle, #98, almost five years before bbd. Pours cloudy red, with a rocky off white head. Aroma is lactic notes with tart fruity notes of black currants and forrest berries, as well as floral bretty notes, musty minerals and wooden barrels. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid and tart fruity notes of black currants and musty berries, as well as funky bretty notes, tannins and wooden barrels.
