Appearance: Cloudy yellow color with a creamy white head that leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, balanced mild banana and yeast.
Palate: Full body. Slightly sweet and a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Balanced and fresh mild wheat. Mild banana and lovely fruity notes. Some yeast.
Overall impression: The Germans have to come here and learn. The brewer said this was his first attempt. He really hit bulls eye. Wonderful hefe weisse!

Tap at Starosloviensky. Aroma banana vanilla, wheat. Lightly hazy yellow colour. Stable white head. Taste is rather sweet, weizeny, light hoppy bitterness.

Tap at brewpub. Hazy golden color with thick white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, clove. Taste, wheat, yeast, banana, clove, notes of lemon. Very tasty beer.
