Bottle, 5.4%. Clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK chalky. Low bitterness. Has a little white bread note, but also with a sour grainy note. On the whole clean enough, though.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with small white head. Clear, mild aroma of yeast, hops, and paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of yeast and paper. Bitter and estery finish. A reasonable Helles.

Bottle from McTapps, many thanks Sabine Light golden color with small white head. Malty aroma with hops and metallic notes.Malty taste with grassy hops, metallic notes. Not very exciting beer, but easy drinkable after hard day.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de, found in an old box). Yellowish golden colour with a longlasting small head, that also leaves some lace. Aroma is bready malts, grains, some slight herbal and wooden notes as well as mild earthyness. Flavour is rather similar in a pleasant balance.

Fresh grassy hop aroma. Pale golden, low creamy lacing head. Interresting nutty malt base.

Bottle. Sweet corn and barley malt aroma with a hint of grass. Golden yellow with a large head. Sweet grainy malt and lightly bitter hops flavor. Not so good.

Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and minerals, leading to a fresh, dry, and bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild toasted malty. Slight hayish. Flat malty. Grassy and dry bitter finish. Mild grassy and citrusy hoppy finish.

Golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, grassy nose. Moderate malty, mild hoppy and grassy with notes of hay near the end. Bitter finish. Rather ordinary helles.

Bottle: Golden, smaller stable and lacy white head; distinctive grainy and pale-malty nose with a soft, but distinctive dash of "woody" hops, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft; drier lingering "woody" hoppy and sweet pale-malty finish. Well made, well balanced brew.....
