Years ago, a bird fell out of the sky, the likes of which locals had never seen. Our tribute to that touch of the tropics blends passionfruit with Bavarian acidulated malt for a sessionable sour with a pleasing tart finish, so unlike that poor, poor flamingo’s unfortunate fate.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grapefruits, hops, flowers, little lactose acid and malt. Light sour finish.

Body is hazy gold and zero foam, looks watery. Smells of good fresh mango, nothing else though. Taste is good tart mango, soft sweet grain ending dry with good carbonation. Straight ahead but still a pretty good flavoured sour.
