A hearty dose of hops during the boil and another healthy amount during dry hopping lead to a Classic West Coast IPA. The malt givesthis beer a sturdy and robust body which leads into a pleasantly firm hop bitterness. When people think of IPAs, they are imagining this beer (and licking their lips).

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, citrus, hops, flowers and malt. Nice bitter finish.

Has vaguely hazy orange body and no foam. Smells of nice orange zest, slight watery pine. Taste is mellow piney orange, finishes too wet. Kind of what happens when you dump your water glass in your beer.
