Born in the Blow Me Downs and inspired by the hewers and drawers who carved out our home in the mountains (and the hotel we hang with on a regular basis.) We brewed this with Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops for a classic profile to this crisp, refreshing light lager that we nicknamed “The Silver Birch.” Best enjoyed after a day of chopping wood, it's also a perfect lunch/hiking/shed beer. Don't expect the bark to turn blue, but if you touch the can and it's cold, so is the beer.
