For the 10th beer in our 25th anniversary series we brewed a cold IPA that highlights the Slovenian hops dragon and cardinal. Brewed with flaked rice and honey malt this crisp IPA has notes of lime, pineapple, and strawberry.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Body is mellow gold, minimal foam. Aroma is soft floral hops, slight floor cleaner. Taste is smooth floral hops, vague citrus finishing very smooth and clean. Not bad, a little boring.
