Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 18B). Can 44 cl - Batch 24310 (BB: 05/25) AROMA: medium hop aroma with lemony, slight ripe melon, pine and floral. medium-low to low neutral malt character with a slightly sweet note. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with style-average retention. TASTE: initial medium-low hop flavor with notes of pine and slight citrus. medium-low to low malt background, neutral, with a slight grainy character. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. slight yeast. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average pale ale although the slightly higher bitterness makes it a bit less drinkable which is a shame because of its relatively low ABV (4.5%).

Ein Bier aus dem spanischen Baskenland mit interessanter Gestaltung und Herkunft. Als Hazy Pale Ale ist es extrem gehopft und an der verminderten Bitterkeit merkt man, dass man es mit einem Pale Ale und keinem IPA zu tun hat. Der intensive zitronig-orangige Fruchtgeschmak ist zwar stark, aber mir zu wenig harmoisch ist. So sticht es stark und verhindert einen weichen Abgang. Hat mich etwas enttäuscht

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, light citrusy floral nose. Citrusy, floral, discreet tropical fruits and slightly watery with short bitterish finish.

Draught Huge, very dense & fine, lightly yellowish head over hazy orange-golden beer; textbook lace. Citrussy and exotic fruithops, bit of ureum, toasted hops, green herbs. Bitter with some rootspices' flavours, chicory, citruspeel. Bit indifferent bitterness. Good maltbacking without sweetness. Light to medium bodied, hopoilslick. Decent, but rather run-of-the-mill APA.
