Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out barnyard funk and crisp apple cider. Flavour is bone dry, with apple skins and barnyard funk. Bone dry and funky, but could have more complexity.

Bottle. Very lively sort of rosé looking stuff. Funky, soft glue, sweet apple and pear, wheat, soft red currants, dank cellar notes. Under medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied. Interesting!

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 03/2022. amber / redish hazy color, medium big white head. smells of apples, bit leathery, some oak, subtle berry notes, minerals, light herbs and minerals. nice to very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes of apples, peppery, minerals, grassy, earthy, subtle berry notes, bit citric. finishes bubbly, lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, spices and some minerality. very nice one, great balance.
