A cervoise with a strong local flavor. Beer with orange reflections where the hops are replaced by gentian, barley and wheat malt. Based on ale for sweetness and gentian for bitterness, this original beer is recommended as an aperitif.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pale amber colour with a moderate, creamy head. Quite full body with a good, solid hopping. Unfortunately it has an extremely unpleasant fusty tang of old iron. I don’t believe it’s the gentiane. Shame. 020803

Blond color, persistent head. Light malt and hay aroma. Very simple taste and ordinary palate.
