500 ml bottle from the duty free shop in München Airport. Crystal clear appearance. Aroma has soft milled grain and light lager yeast. Low honey, malt character with almost no hops to speak of. Lighter body, but slightly more pronounced malt than I was expecting.

Bottle shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, bright yellow, nice sparkle, fluffy head with fair retention, light viscosity and lacing. Aroma is strong malt on cracker-y, Pilsner-y side. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste, light bitter.

Bottle from a Bierbrunnen in the woods. Malty something. Full, crunchy, rather sweet. More like a keller and not a Hell. Not bad.

0.50l can, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma is grassy, malty and floral. Pours clear golden color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet grainy, following is grassy, honeyish and floral, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Very nice dortmunder…

Can, Aldi Kalea box - bb 5/26 seems a bit optimistic. Gold, large white head, fine bead. Aroma of soft bread, mild herbal notes. And that's how it tastes too. Sound but not a thriller.

Slightly hazy orange with a white head. A bit of grain, light herbal, citrus, and mineral notes. Soft, medium body. Decent enough.
