Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, leicht bananig, etwas würzig.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark golden colour with huge frothy white head of superbal stability. Intense yeasty aroma, spicy, predominates subtile wheat malt, some citrus, a touch of banana. Taste has a lot of husky parts, fruit comes later "from behind" with restricted strength, lemon, pineapple.

Bottle (bought at the Brauerei): Pale golden, hazy, huge, extremely stable, freshly beaten egg-white-like, off-white foam, yeasty wheaty (almost phenolic) nose with a restrained fruity (oranges, bananas) touch; moderate sweet, sourish, but also slightly bitter, flavour, soft MF, light to medium bodied; traces of yeast in the sweet-fruity finish, rounded by a little, little bitterness. O.K., not the worst Weizen, a bit yeasty, maybe.......

bottle, díky pivnizubovi! Cloudy yellow colour, large and creamy head. Aroma of banana with a hint of lemon. Flavours of banana also with a touch of lemon. Fruity and pleasantly yeasty. A good one.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Light-sweet and yeasty, slightly wheaty nose with light citrus-fruity accents and a touch of banana. Slightly sweet and sourish flavour, Chalky, moderately wheat-malty and yeasty-fruity taste; sourish, tart and slightly bitter finish.
