(bottle) Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits and shy herbal hops. Sweet flavour with a tame bitterness, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty taste with notes of biscuits and a whiff of toffee and herbal hops; sweet malt-accented finish with delicate bitter hops. Pretty rounded Märzen. 11.XII.09
