0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 03/2022. deep orange cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, spices, funk, plums, subtle apricots. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of apricots, apricot pits, marzipan, stone fruits, bit citric, bit acidic, some minerality, peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of apricots, citrus and some minerality. lovely. probably it would have been more sensible to sit on this for a couple more months, instead of popping it immediatly, but I did not want to wait. A tad bubbly and a little on the acidic side, but overall this is very nice, lovely fruit notes, very good to drink in this heat.
