Our pale lager is crisp and smooth due to a long, cold fermentation and an even longer cold aging period. We utilize European and American hops for a slightly floral finish. We named this delicious flagship lager after our local community that supports our brewery day in and day out.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of fruit, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hop, fruit and bready malt. The finish is fruity with a short mild floral hop aftertaste. Slightly above decent overall.

Corn, barley malt, and grass aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet corn, barley malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body. Solid pale lager.

Pint can thanks to weihenweizen! 2/13/22. Clear copper, medium fizzy khaki head, lots of visible carb. Aroma of white bread, grass. Taste is pale malt, grassy hops. Slick. Not much to it, but not bad.
