Cask at the Cardinals Hat, Lincoln. Almost black colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are sweet strawberries, slight chocolate and sweet creamy. Light body.

Cask at the Colmore, Birmingham. Poured almost black in colour with a reddish hue. The aroma is big strawberries and cream. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, creamy, tart strawberry, vanilla palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Just as it says on the label! Nice, but rather sweet that would rapidly become a little sickly.
