A tribute to wrestling legend “The French Angel” who was the inspiration for the character of Shrek.
Another installment in our wrestling themed lager series here at the smokehouse. We took a left turn and added some Rye malt and some kilned malt to add some interesting spicy and toasty flavors to this Swiss/French style lager. Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 8
Orange, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet citrus, light rye biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grass flavor. Good body. Very nice.
