Raspberries have never tasted so good until we made a lager out of them!
The base for this beer is copper lager with a high wheat content, German pilsner malt and caramel wheat.
The low bitterness lets biscuit malt and wheat character compliment the raspberry notes through out.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber-copper with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, raspberry and floral hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, biscuit, raspberry and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing, not bad.
