Clear dark golden to amber, small off-white head. Medium to heavily hopped, floral and malty, balanced. Slightly bitter with malty biscuit sweetness. Taste balanced as well. Light to medium body, light to medium carbonation. A proper, well balanced pale ale.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Falkon Zeppelin Pale Ale 11° ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grass, light to moderate butterscotch, light toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, thin, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20150915]

Bottle, 4.5%. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, earthy, cheesy and notes of butter. Flavour is malt, fruit, caramel, earthy, medium sweet, little toasted and medium bitter.
