Experiment – má zloženie sladov a chmeľov ako ležiak, rmutovanie ako ležiak. Typickú chuťovú zložku, charakteristickú po ležiackych kvasniciach, by si v ňom hľadal síce márne, ale pivo je zato postavené na zdravom strede medzi sladovým telom a jemnou chuťou českých a nemeckých odrôd chmeľu.

Tap at the place. Golden color, almost clear, big head but quite bubbly, indeed it's heavily carbonated, lasting ok. Smells fresh, maybe slightly lemony? Flavor is intense on the bitter hops, German pilsener sort of, on stetoids. Classic czech style take on malts, juicy and bready, the bittering might be well indeed German variety. Noble hops, a bit of caramelized malt, light yellow fruit notes. Solid body, creamy texture, long finish intensely bitter, between dry and smooth, quite filling it that makes sense.

Bottle from brewery, 500ml bottle, drink in Zakopane. Heart of Tatra Mountain City. Pilsnerowe ze sniezna piana, zlociste lekko mgliste, klasycznie nachmielone na goryczke, pewna ziarnistosc, jakis suszony sezam na sam koniec

0,5l bottle from Yeme in Bratislava. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, bit diacetyl, hay, caramel. Taste is medium malty base, grainy, bit bready, raw bitterness, bit diacetyl, herbal, phenolic touch, soft carbonation, drinkable with flaws.

V liptovare. Vona slabsia leziakova sladova. Zlatista cira farba s pena drzi. Chut leziakova ale aj vodova potom horkost chmelu.
