330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, fading, white head. Nutty and floral-spicy, slightly fruity, citrusy fruity aroma, notes of tonka bean, vanilla, rose petals, hints of lemon, bergamot, whiffs of thyme, widely disguised, sweet-ish, wheaty malty background. Taste is tart-ish, herbal spicy, slightly floral and citrusy fruity, slightly soapy, hints of lemon, bergamot, a touch of marzipan, tonka beans, vanilla, whiffs of rose petals, thyme. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Very nice composition works well regarding aroma, feels a bit heterogenous and unintegrated concerning taste, sadly minimally soapy as well; a slightly stronger version might be less edgy, more adjusted - quite interesting and inspiring (concerning cooking).

Sampled @ Craft Frankfurt 2022. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of bergamotte, lime, brett. Taste of lime, pale malt, straw, bergamotte. Hints of tonka beans. Interesting.
