Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Conthey Bassin (Sion). Dark red coloured, medium sized off-white head, perfumed raspberry nose. Raspberry syrup taste with discreet touch of elderflower and sugary finish.

Best before 02/25, buying this bottle at one getränkmarkt, Interlaken, june 2023. Trying this beer yesterday with my wife, at Epalinges. For me, it was a pleasant experience, fruity, note of strawberry, red fruits, smooth sourness, malty, classic hop.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare torbido. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è leggero e scorrevole. L'amaro è leggero e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è bruschino, semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si percepiscono indizi di miele, zuccherino, miele, agrumi, limone, mandarino e lampone.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep red with a creamy, pinkish head. Greasy, sweet raspberry notes. Medium body, sweet and tart raspberry notes with a weird and artificial edge. Dry fininsh. 021224

(Bottle) Pours clear bright red with big pale pink head. Strong aroma of raspberries, fresh and cooked. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation giving a satisfying mouthfeel. Slightly sour with strong raspberry flavour. Some candy notes. Very nice - especially for someone who likes raspberries. Not very sour and not very beery.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma rosa fine evanescente, color rosso/rosa velato, al naso intenso lampone e fragola una punta di mandorla, in bocca ancora lampone poi marmellata di fragola amarena mandorla leggero legno, corpo medio leggero, watery, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro percettibile. Dolce ma non stucchevole ben equilibrata un po' troppo sciropposa, manca quasi totalmente di acidità. Vintage Sour? Buona ma anonima. c. Coop Tenero CH 27.01.23
