In 2015 we bought 10,000lbs of astroturf from an elementary school field. It was $300 on Kijiji! This is where thousands of people (and other creatures) have now played, partied, fell in love and celebrated friendship. A light beer for some heavy ground.

Flight pour at Robie taproom. Pours clear blonde with white head. Not much aroma. Flavour has straw, expired malts. Not a great pilsner.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Mild aroma of bready pale malt, grass and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, red apple, lemon zest and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Light grainy, grassy hops, okay.
