The only thing better than a perfect sunset is a cold beer with a great friend, so we made friendship the key to our latest sour! Well, friendship AND apricot. Since Eighty-Eight and our northern besties Odd Company both needed a sunset beer, instead of doing it alone, we combined our powers to make the friendliest and apricot-iest beer we could!
Like our last few hazy sours, we got out the Cryo-pop to really help the juiciness shine through. THEN we dumped in a massive dose of apricot to add even more fruit flavour to this summer crushable sour. We even kept the carbonation on the milder side so you won’t have to put any extra work into drinking this smooth, hazy and slightly tart sour.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy blonde with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, creamy, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, apricot, earthy yeast and leafy green hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, apricot, orange, oats, earthy yeast and leafy green hops in a dry, tart, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Juicy, pretty tasty.
