Slow & Steady Wheat Wine is a beer to take your time with. Aromas slowly open up as it warms, offering notes of toffee, chocolate and plum. The warming flavours steadily develop as you sip, and the heavy wheat content (50%) gives it a full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel with flavours of toasted bread fig, dried fruit and toffee.
Definitely drink it now but make sure you cellar a few cans for later to compare with a version that is aging in barrels - slowly, steadily – until next winter.

355ml can. Pours an unclear amber-copper with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, toffee, caramel, plum, fig, honey, earthy yeast and light floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, caramel, brown sugar, raisin, fig, toffee, plum and light floral hops in a dry, warming booze finish. Medium to full body with a sticky, syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Malt forward and delicious.
