Our own take on a modern IPA featuring edgy new hop varieties. Draft at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, fresh, malt, light peachy, mango, melon, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Somewhat light all round, but tasty and perfectly sessionable in the Singapore climate.
