Apotheose is een blend van ons houtgerijpt wild donker bier Jubel en kersenwijn. Voor Aoptheose hebben we een enkel vat, met op fino sherry vatgerijpt bier, gemengd met een huisgemaakte kersenwijn van lokale kersen. Dit zorgt voor een ultiem luxueus and weldadig bier, dat het best tot zijn recht komt ter viering van de mooie momenten in het leven. De nootachtige, donkere en rijpe smaken van Jubel worden perfect aangevuld door de warme en zwoele toetsen van de kersenwijn. Apotheose is zo mooi geworden, dat de naam niet zomaar is gekozen: deze drank is, naar ons bescheiden idee, tot het goddelijke verheven!
