A conversation. The backbone of every great relationship. A cup of Joe, be it cold brew, pour-over, mass-produced or small-batch, can be a great way to start a day. The same can be said about having a beer to end the night. Choosing a pilsner, porter, barrel-aged stout or fruited sour makes no difference. It’s the conversation over a drink that binds the words with liquid creating magic. With Coffee Talk, we choose to “can” some of that experience, creating a conversation between coffee and beer. We hope you can share it with someone, and help get caught up in their world. Cheers.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a two and a half fingers of beige head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: roasty coffee beans, some milk chocolate, caramel tones, toasted nuts, lactose
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine roasty to sweet quality; finishes with the coffee and the caramel
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness
Overall: nicely done coffee porter worthy of having again if I could

Can, 0.457l. Aroma of coffee, cocoa, caramel and grass. Pours almost black color with thin light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light to medium sweet roasted malt and coffee, follows by caramel, wood and grass, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Money talks, coffee rocks…
