Ruokapuoti Lumon järjestyksessään kolmas oma olut on pehmeän täyteläinen kookos-kaakao stout.
Oluen valmistuskoukerot paikantuivat tällä kertaa keskiseen Suomeen tuttua kolminaisuusperiaatetta kunnioittaen.
Oluen on valmistanut Panimo Hiisi tuoreen freesillä otteella.
Oman merkittävän lusikkansa soppaan on tuonut Foodin paahdetuilla kookoslastuilla ja kolumbialaisella Criollo raakakaakaolla.
Luomulaatuisilla luonnollisesti.
Nauti hymyssä suin & hieman viilennettynä!

33cl bottle, thx Jookos! Batch #17. Near black, thin white head. Roasted malt, cocoa, milky notes. Flavor has milky sourness, roasted malt. Weird candy / berry notes in the finish. Quite odd really.

330ml bottle

Pours pitch black with a thick light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, hints of vegetables, cocoa, licorice root and spices. Taste is smooth, carbonated, mildly roasty with some distant hints of spices, cocoa and licorice root. Finish is watery, carbonated, smooth and mildly roasty with some dry cocoa and coconut notes. A bit unbalanced and strange.

33 cl bottle @ olio. Batch #17: BBE 20.05.2014
Aroma has milky tones, some cocoa and hints of berries. Rather foamy palate. Flavour is odd and ashy tobacco and ash. Finishes spicy with licorice root. Cocos does not taste at all and cocoa aromas are just at normal stout level. Messy but not bad; I find the licorice root aromas nice. Reminds me of Kiira.
