Mustan punakka, miedosti paahteinen, happamahko ja kuiva (gravitypointsit käymisen lopussa 1001) talon Saison- sekä Brettahiivalla pantu Farmhouse ale. Marjaista twistiä hiivan ohella tuovat kypsyttelyvaiheessa olueen lisätyt kotimaiset marjat; vadelma, mustikka sekä musta- ja punaherukka.
Lämmittävästä alkoholipitoisuudestaan huolimatta belgityyliin raikas juotava.

(Keg at Oljenkorsi, 20160217) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had berries, sweetness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, berries, malts, mildly spiciness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had berries and low bitterness. Not good one. Too much berries.

Draught @ Ukkometso. Aroma has ashy tones, licorice and yeasty tones. Foamy palate. Aroma has salty licorice, funky yeast and some ash. A stout-saison hybrid, not exactly my thing.

Draught@lakeuden panimojuhlat, Seinäjoki. Mahogany color, thin lasting off white head. Hint of barnyard, apples, slightly dark fruity notes. Flavor has caramel, dark fruits zesty hint of barnyard, ripe apples. Balanced, no sign of the high abv here. Good stuff.!

Tap at Roostersin Kellari, Oulu. Colour is cloudy reddish brown with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Massive berries, some sourness, blueberries, red berries, dryness, black berries, hints of Belgian yeast and some malts. Berries are not just a twist in this beer because flavours are very strong. Usually I hate berries but now they work pretty fine. Quite exceptional beer. Warms my body and mind. Can’t find any signs of 8.2% abv which is good.
