Cask @Gallows real ale festival. Pours golden color with a thin white head. Slight haze. Light vinegar, ripe fruits, apples. Flavor has ripe fruits, vinegar, ripe apples. Heavy.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2017) The cider poured golden and hazy. No head. Aroma had apples, tartness and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, apple seeds, sourness and tar. Aftertaste had tartness and apples. A pleasant cider.
