Bottled (from Alko Keskusta, Vaasa). Amber colour, huge off-white head. Very lively when opening too. Aroma is soapy, some intense fruity and harsh notes. Flavour is fruity, some infected sourness as well as some yeast and mild alcohol. Harsh sour berries, ripe fruits and wood in the finish. Waste of money.

75cl bottle from Alko. Poured deep golden color with a thick off white head. Coriander and orange dominates, yeast and wheat in aroma. Flavor has orange peel, wheat, , yeast. Spicy but quite balanced. Ok.

Clear amber color, small steady off-white head. Aroma has strawberries, yeast, coriander and vegetables. Light to medium-bodied. A bit thinnish after the berryish and yeasty nose. Berries, cellary notes, light herbal notes, caramalt, perhaps citrus fruits - orange is there. Odd, thin and not very balanced. Similar to some French biere de gardes I’ve had.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - erä 815 - BB 18/11/2017, from Alko, 20161007) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized, dense and white. Aroma had spiciness, caramel, coriander and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A surprisingly nice spicy saison.

A beautiful, reddish brown beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has strong coriander, orange peel, flowers, some caramel. Taste has spicyness of coriander, light caramelly maltyness and flowers. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Unique, aromatic with flowers.
