Bottle @William K Kurvi. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Aroma has dill, citrus and mild farmhouse notes. Flavor has mild sourness, dill and spicy notes. Dry finish. Sorachi ace is there but not that dominating.

Tap at Il Birrificio, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small thick white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, some sweetness, some spices, Belgian yeast and malts. Quite nice basic saison. Fresh.

(Keg at Ølhus København, 20150426) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had strawberries, coconut and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, coconut, strawberries and bitterness. Aftertaste had coconut, berries and bitterness. A brew that combined mant of the components I don’t like in beer.

Bottled at Bier-Bier. Clear amber color, steady off-white head. Typical Sorachi Ace nettle, lemongrass aroma. Medium-bodied. White pepper, nettle and yeast in the flavor. Just light "farmhouse". Decent but single hop Sorachi Ace is never good idea.

Draught @ Tommyknocker, Helsinki

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of dill, earthy notes, yeast and caramely maltiness. Taste is spicy, yeasty and caramely with some hints of dill, exotic fruits and earthy notes. Finish is dry, crisp and grassy with some earthy notes, hints of fruits, caramely malts and bubblegum. Quite malty and sweet for a saison, but Sorachi Ace actually makes this pretty interesting. A bit unbalanced, though. --- Beer merged from original tick of Broken Bones on 14 Mar 2015 at 18:37 - Score: 7

Draught @ Tommyknocker. Aroma has funky yeasty tones, grass and some biscuits. Flavour has grapefruit, grass and some odd, stuffy and sourish off-flavour. Also some worty tones, minerals and hints of fruit candy. Finishes somewhat musty and harsh. Aroma was nice but flavour is not. Sorachi Ace is still not my favourite hop.
