A strong red ale with aroma rich with cherries and red currant. Very smooth and sweetish palate is topped with warming strength.

Draught. Hazy brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is rye, some cherries, mild alcohol and berries. Flavour is berries, cherries, rye, some mild caramel and toffeeish tones along with some mild alcohol and dried fruity tones. Surprisingly boozy for being only 8 %.

SOPP Hki 2017. Smell of hops, leaves, some earth. Muddy red colour, beige head. Aroma of malt, some caramel, some metal. Also a faint hoppiness. Bitter. Lively carbon.

Tap at SOPP. Hazy brown colour, tiny white head. Ryeish, cherryish aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish with fruits, rye bread, caramalt and some alcohol. Weird mix which is not in the zone.

Draught @ SOPP 2017. Sweetish, malty and caramely with loads of berries, hints of toffee and resin. A bit unbalanced.

Draught @ sopp 2017. Poured deep amber color with a thin white head. Caramel, hops, mild booze and nutty notes. Flavor has caramel, toffee, alcohol warmth. Bit boozy. Long finish.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2017) The beer poured deep amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, berries and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, berries , malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, hoppy and bitter. Messy brew and difficult to drink.
