Canned (from Systembolaget Rådhusesplanaden, Umeå). Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white ehad. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some floral tones with mild spiciness and quite much hoppiness too. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some grassy and mild spiciness to it.

Ljust halmgul vätska med tjockt skumlock. Aromer av gräs, deg och örter. Smal och ganska tam maltkropp som snabbt ersätts av en beska som inledningsvis är metallisk och tvålflingad. Efter en stund försvinner skurmedlet och ersätts av kryddnejlika, mer örter och lite syrlighet.

Can 33 cl. Very fizzy pour. Cloudy golden with a gigantic, white head. Fruity, yeasty and spicy hoppy nose. Medium body, super fruity, yeast with very aromatic hops. Dry and lightly bitter finish. Delicious, but absolutely in the wrong category, this is NOT a traditional Hefewizen. 290123

0,33 slimline boks fra Söta bror i Strömstad, hjemme: uklar gyllengul med højt og fluffy skum som faktisk varer, tyder på en smule overkarbonering. Og det stemmer, men aroma og smak er allikevel både tydelige og behagelige. Saftig citrus (særlig bitterappelsin) krydret med koriander, høy/stall og belgiske gjærtoner. Mild bitterhet og god maltsødme i den saftige, krydrede avslutningen. Mersmaken henger igjen.
