Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours deep purple with a pinkish head. Amazing nose. Fresh blackberries and raspberries and a touch of wood. Dry and slightly tart flavor with the berries lingering. Super elegant. Wauw.

Pours clear red with a small, pink head. Tart, sourish aroma of red currants and rhubarbs. Flavor too is very tart and sour with lots of red currants and rhubarbs.
A bit too sour for me.

On tap at Mikkeller Baghaven, pours a cloudy vibrant dark red with a small white head. Aroma reveals somewhat subdued blackberries, gentle pith, earthy notes, and low level funk. Flavour is fairly earthy, with muted blackberries and pitted notes. Earthy and pithy. Lacks clarity and depth. Not so convinced by this one.
Earlier Rating: 9/20/2019 Total Score: 3.5
375mL bottle, pours a hazy rusted red with a small with a small beige head. Aroma brings out pithy blackberries upfront, with wild yeast, and some oak barrels. Flavour is gently tart, with pithy blackberries, light oak, and gentle wild yeast. Tart, pithy, and somewhat yeasty. Cohesive and well-made.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Murky red-amber colour. Moderately juicy, cherry character, and just mild sourness. Good.
