Very huge, dense head, bit yellowish, over unclear, very lively carbonated copper-orange beer. White candi sugar, orangezeste, grains, orangeliqueur, spicey. Orange, spices, white candi sugar; finish is both a bit sweeter but also emptier. Bitterness increases warming up, becoming woody and a tad harsh, orangeoil. Creamy feel (due to the persistent head), slick, not overcarbonated in feel. Original idea. But the result is rather "been there, done that", and I fail to find the connection to Grisette. Txs to Stef!

Bottle. Hazy amber. Cloves, sweet malts, orange, spices, light weedy. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Not super great but an interesting beer.
