Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media, con qualche bollicina grande per una schiuma sgraziata. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frumento, erbaceo e agrumi.

33cl bottle from MONOPRIX NICE VICTOIRE supermarket in Nice, France. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, bit wheat, bready touch, citrus, bit banana. Taste is medium malty wheat base, bit banana, citrus, spicy touch, bit orange peels, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, ok for bio version, drinkable if bit for the style.
