This blend is a redux of an earlier sour red blend. De Rode Duivels becomes our house sour red for Brother Barrel and should be available nearly year round.
The blend is based on the traditional Flanders Red style from Belgium. Balance between the sweetness from the malt and oak and the acidity from the mixed culture.
