Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head and effervescence. Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Not bad - a bit clove heavy.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Banana, some cloves, estery, some citrus, quite good. Medium bodied.

Hazy gold with a large foamy white head that left good lacing. Dusty and yeasty with a clove note. Medium finish and body.

On tap at Dovetail, pours a fairly clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle clove, banana esters and soft wheat. Flavour is dry, with light esters, clove, and soft wheat. Not too bubblegumy; properly made. Solid.

Can from Beer On the Wall in Arlington Heights. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates rather quickly. No lacing on the glass. Get some banana, clove and citrus aromas. More citrus on the palate. Seems under-carbonated for a hefewizen. Flavors are all there, but wish there wish a bit more carbonation. Enjoyable though.

Pint can from Total Wine Madison, 3/16/22. Hazy orange, thin head, poor retention. Aroma of wheat, clove, citrus. Taste is citrus, wheat, clove. Thin, lingering spice. A bit rough. Okay. 63rd Ill Brewery.

5 oz. sample at the brewery, served in a beaker. The aroma seems right on par for its style with a solid wheat, banana, and a clove backdrop. Flavor shows a citrus on the back of my throat to go along with the banana and clove flavors. Chewy yeasty texture as it should be. Nice.
